Anti-aging Treatment Principles
Optical instruments for anti-aging utilize photothermal or mechanical effects to stimulate skin cell regeneration. Specific wavelengths of laser light penetrate the skin and are absorbed by water, melanin, and other substances, generating heat. This heat creates micro-thermal damage zones on the skin through tiny beams. When the temperature reaches 40-60℃, the skin reconstruction process is initiated, dermal fibroblasts are activated, and collagen and elastin synthesis is promoted, improving skin texture and firming the skin. Short-pulse lasers can instantly vaporize epidermal diseased tissue, stimulating skin self-repair, accelerating blood circulation, and speeding up skin metabolism. This enhances absorption and metabolism, making it easier to absorb skincare products and eliminate waste, thus brightening skin tone and improving skin texture.
Treatment Advantages of BVLASER Devices
The BVLASER optical device can precisely target different layers of the skin, such as the epidermis, dermis, and fascia, by selecting different wavelengths to address specific skin problems. This activates skin fibroblasts, promotes the regeneration of collagen and elastin fibers, improves skin firmness and elasticity, and reduces wrinkles and sagging, addressing aging at its root with long-lasting results. Simultaneously, the photothermal effect breaks down pigment particles, closes abnormal blood vessels, brightens skin tone, and fades age spots, providing both anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. Furthermore, it is a non-invasive treatment with high safety, minimal trauma, rapid recovery, low risk, and no obvious post-treatment scars, allowing for a quick return to normal life. Each treatment session is short. Doctors can develop personalized treatment plans based on age, skin type, and skin problems, flexibly combining different optical instruments.

BVLASER Solutions
The BVLASER broadband intense pulsed light treatment improves the epidermis, especially addressing issues like sun damage in summer, uneven skin tone, and mild pigmentation. Fractional lasers (non-ablative, micro-ablative, and ablative) improve the dermis; the minimally invasive effect stimulates collagen regeneration, improving fine lines, enlarged pores, skin separation, facial sagging, and double chin. Q-switched lasers break down deep-seated pigmentation, removing age spots and stubborn pigmentation, allowing the skin to resist aging from the inside out at different layers.

Causes of Skin Aging

Skin aging is a complex process. The appearance of wrinkles on the face is commonly used as a criterion for judging skin aging, indicating that collagen fibers in the dermis have broken down, meaning the skin has entered the intermediate stage of aging. Initially, skin aging occurs in the epidermis, which many people overlook or ignore. Symptoms of epidermal aging include dullness, dryness, age spots, oiliness, and sensitivity. Severe aging involves the fascia layer, at which point the skin becomes loose and saggy. There are many causes of aging, primarily due to the combined effects of internal and external factors.

1. Endogenous Factors of Aging

(1) Natural Aging
As we age, skin cell metabolism slows down, and collagen and elastin fibers are gradually lost, leading to thinner, drier, and looser skin, and the gradual appearance of wrinkles.

(2) Genetic Factors
Genetic factors influence the speed and appearance of skin aging. For example, some people are naturally more prone to wrinkles, sagging, or pigmentation. Family genetic traits play a role in skin aging.

(3) Oxidative Stress
Free radicals produced by metabolism attack skin cells, causing oxidative damage, manifested as yellowing, dullness, and age spots. External factors such as ultraviolet radiation, environmental pollution, and smoking exacerbate oxidation reactions.

(4) Glycation
Excessive sugar intake or poor blood sugar control causes sugar molecules to combine with proteins in the skin to form advanced glycation end products (AGEs), resulting in yellowing, hardening, and decreased elasticity of the skin, accelerating aging.

(5) Insufficient Sleep and Stress
Staying up late or experiencing prolonged mental stress can affect the skin's repair and regeneration functions, leading to dry, dull skin and increased wrinkles. Stress can also trigger inflammatory responses, accelerating skin aging.

2. Exogenous Factors

(1)Ultraviolet Radiation:
Long-term exposure to sunlight allows UVA to penetrate deep into the skin, damaging collagen and elastin fibers, leading to photoaging problems such as wrinkles, age spots, and skin laxity. This is a major external cause of skin aging.

(2)Environmental Pollution:
Pollutants and chemicals in the air adhere to the skin surface, triggering inflammatory reactions, weakening the skin barrier function, and accelerating skin aging.

(3)Unhealthy Lifestyle Habits:
Smoking constricts blood vessels, reducing blood supply to the skin and affecting skin metabolism.

(4)Improper Skincare:
Using skincare products unsuitable for one's skin type, over-cleansing, frequent exfoliation, or neglecting sun protection can damage the skin barrier, leading to dry, sensitive, and sagging skin.
